Murray is an early-stage operating advisor for home service companies. This page explains what we collect when someone uses bettercallmurray.com or submits the contact form.

Information we collect

If you submit the form, we may collect your work email, name, company name, home service vertical, number of locations, field team size, current systems, phone number if provided, and any message you choose to share.

How we use it

We use submitted information to understand your operating context, respond to your request, and decide whether Murray may be a fit for your business. We do not sell submitted contact information.

Third-party services

The contact form is processed by Formspree. The site is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Email may be handled through Google Workspace. These providers process data according to their own terms and privacy policies.

Analytics and tracking

The public site is intentionally minimal. It does not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or advertising pixels.

Retention

We keep submitted information only as long as needed to evaluate and respond to the business inquiry, unless a longer retention period is required for legitimate business, security, or legal reasons.
