Murray is a business operations companion for authorized owners, managers, and sales representatives.
If you need help with login, account access, customer communication history, Quote 360, SMS history, or TestFlight access, contact support.
Common Issues
I cannot sign in
Use your dashboard username, not your email address. If your session expired, sign in again.
I do not see a quote
Use the Search tab and try the quote ID, customer name, phone number, or email address.
I cannot send a message
Murray requires human review before every outbound email or SMS. Some messages may also be blocked by backend safety guards, such as opt-out status, recent outbound rules, or closed or handled state.
I need access
Ask the business owner or account administrator to create or enable your Murray dashboard user.
